Desktop Internet System

Our 4G Cellular Internet Kit rental is more reliable than a MiFi, supports wired connections for PC’s and Printers, and can be quickly deployed anywhere there is Verizon Wireless 4G coverage. The unit includes five ethernet ports, four LAN connections such as a Wi-Fi access points, printers, PCs, or a network switch and one port for an onsite internet connection providing cellular backup. Setup is quick and easy, simply plug in the device and in 2-3 minutes you will be on the internet. Our Quick-Start Guide gives you easy to follow step by step directions. 

Rugged Portable Internet

 A more rugged version of our Desktop Internet System, it provides temporary WiFi and Internet connectivity for up to 15 devices but is resistant to dust and dampness. Ideal for outdoor deployments, it can be powered off a wall outlet or 12-volt battery. The power inlet uses a standard 4-pin XLR connector common with film and video production batteries. The unit includes two ethernet ports, one for a LAN connection such as a printer, PC, or network switch and one for an onsite internet connection for cellular backup. Setup is easy, simply follow our Quick Start Guide and be online in two minutes.

Micro NOC Kit

Step up to the Location Connect Micro NOC. This pairs our Desktop Internet Kit with an enterprise class Ruckus Wi-Fi access point and an 8’ stand to dramatically increase Wi-Fi coverage and throughput. The unit includes five ethernet ports, four LAN connections such as a printer, PC, or network switch and one for an onsite internet connection for cellular backup. Setup is quick and easy, our Quick-Start Guide gives you easy to follow step by step directions and you can be online in five minutes. This can be paired with our Wi-Fi expansion kit to connect three additional Wi-Fi Access Points on stands to cover multiple areas or rooms.

Mini NOC Kit

The Mini NOC kit is our largest quick deploy kit. This unit includes a next generation firewall, capability to support up to three internet connections (including cellular and satellite), a 24-port cisco switch, and a Ruckus enterprise class Wi-Fi management system.  This kit includes four access points on stands and all the cabling and directions. Additional access points can be easily added. Delivery, setup, and remote management is available for this kit anywhere in North America. This kit is ideal for large trade show booths, film and television productions, or small to mid-size events. 

Remote Cellular Modems

Location Connect carries a full line of Remote Cellular Modems. These units can be placed on a building roof, hilltop, or other ideal location to receive 4G data and can be connected and powered over a single ethernet cable. The remote location does not need to have power available. We offer CAT6, CAT12, and soon will have 5G modems in our rental inventory. These can be paired with high-gain cellular antennas for maximum internet speeds. Sealed pelican cases are available for placement in areas subject to rain or dust. 

Antennas and Accessories

Location Connect has a full line of Antennas and Accessories for our portable internet solutions. Examples include high gain 4G cellular antennas for fringe coverage areas, directional Wi-Fi antennas to concentrate Wi-Fi signals in a particular area or for more distant coverage, additional Wi-Fi access points for increased coverage area and simultaneous users, battery units to power portable internet equipment where AC power is not available, and point-to-point links to extend connectivity to other areas or buildings.
